I have been wanting to try to raise these amazing birds for many years. I have read about the American Bresse Chickens, dreamed about them, planned and plotted. I drew pictures of what I wanted to do and then changed plans. I watched videos of others and then redrew my plans.
I have now started out on my American Bresse Chicken journey! I post a video every week showing my progress. You can follow these short videos as I tell you what I learn each week. It will be an honest show showing my success and failures! We can laugh and learn together. I am sure I will do some things that make people upset. I am sure I will not do things the way some people think I should do them. However, this is my journey, and I am doing this for my own enjoyment and to make myself a better farmer. Lets learn together one day at a time.
